Sept. 16
Young at Heart (elder ministry) 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring a preview presentation on Chester County Day. The 68th Annual Chester County Day tour is set for Saturday, October 4, 2008 from 10 am to 5 pm and will feature the Southwest quadrant of the County. The event, which has raised more than $3.5 million for The Chester County Hospital, is always held on the first Saturday in October and attracts participants from all over the United States and Canada to visit approximately 25 homes and many historic landmarks on the tour each year. The preview presentation helps participants pinpoint the particular homes and attractions they’d like to visit during the Day.
